About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to take orders, answer customer questions, and help ensure customers have a positive experience. The role involves taking phone orders accurately and efficiently, providing excellent service, explaining menu items, promotions, and delivery services, and addressing customer concerns with patience and understanding. The representative works as part of a team to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, and working with energy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $10–$12 an hour.
