About The Position

Frontier Auto Parts, an aftermarket auto parts distributor serving repair shops in the Raleigh region since 1998, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative. This role involves creating orders for customers, addressing customer issues, and processing returns and payments. The position operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:30 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm. Overtime hours exceeding 40 per week are paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Requirements

  • English and Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Reliable and good communicator
  • Able to use a computer to create orders (e.g., look up data, enter text, navigate screens)
  • Can pass a background check
