About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store operated by an independent franchisee. The role offers flexible scheduling and short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process customer orders, provide customer service, perform repetitive tasks, follow directives and quality standards, and may work alone or with others. The position involves frequent physical activity and exposure to varied temperatures, food-related odors, cornmeal dust, hot equipment, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Advancement opportunities mentioned include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet quality standards, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the described physical duties, including bending, reaching, grasping, and continuous hand use.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet strict quality control standards.
• Follow directives and perform repetitive tasks, working independently and with others.
• Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stock supplies and ingredients.
• Perform store tasks such as assembling pizzas and boxes, using a pizza peel and cutter, cleaning, answering phones, and occasionally changing sign prices or performing maintenance.
