About The Position

SEEDWAY, LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. The role involves managing customer orders, communicating with customers and internal teams, resolving order-related issues, and using office equipment and business systems. The position is based in Lakeland, Florida.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years or more of clerical-related work experience.
• Professional communication skills, typing proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record must be maintained.
• Demonstrated business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including printing invoices, verifying credit card transactions, entering orders into JD Edwards, and marking orders as shipped.
• Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on order preparation and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely delivery.
• Resolve order-related issues, including delays, returns, exchanges, and refunds, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, salespersons, and others to answer questions, explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes.
• Operate office machines, including photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.
