About The Position
One Two Tree, a Turf Masters Brands Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate. While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. The Customer Care Center operates in a positive, team environment. This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience
- A desire to be helpful
- A clear and articulate phone voice
- Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
- A sense of humor
- Experience with suggestive selling
Responsibilities
