About The Position
We are seeking high-energy Customer Service Representatives who enjoy interacting with people, have a friendly voice, and are motivated. Representatives welcome customers by phone and in person, share the menu, and take orders. After appropriate training, they may also perform pre-rush preparation, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders. Part-time candidates work 3–4-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, during lunch and dinner rushes; full-time positions are also available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High-energy, motivated, people-oriented candidates with a friendly voice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers over the phone and in person.
- Share the menu with customers and take their orders.
- Perform pre-rush preparation after training.
- Clean after training.
- Make pizzas after training.
- Tend the oven after training.
- Expedite delivery orders after training.
- Represent the locally owned Domino’s Pizza with a welcoming, friendly presence.
