Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the interface with our customers. The CSR attends phone calls, takes orders from our customers and processes these orders to production, making sure all details are captured and the culinary departments are completely aware of all details our customers want. We work in a fast-paced environment that requires elevated levels of flexibility from the CSR. Early start hours may be required as well as late hours. Weekend availability is a must. This is not a nine to five job, and our management team is very eager and engaged to increase our market share. We’re a fast-growing company that needs highly motivated team players. The CSR is a hands-on character that manages day to day challenges and covers shifts as needed. This position requires full ownership of the assigned areas. Flexibility is key in our industry, and you must be available for extra workload.
