The Customer Service Representative 1 (CSR 1) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by professionally and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. This role involves arranging services, providing emergency response support, reviewing customer account history, and assisting with inquiries related to transfers, billing, and collections. CSR 1 also supports Field Service workers by accessing customer information and entering notes to facilitate customer service.
