Requirements

  • 2+ years as a manufacturing customer service representative or 5+ years of technical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers, distributors, and sales personnel with order and shipping information, order changes, RMA's, expediting, and parts pricing.
  • Enter orders for standard conveyors.
  • Distribute leads to the channel.
  • Navigate Salesforce and perform basic information lookups.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members and distributors as qualified and approved by a manager/lead.
