Requirements

  • 3-5 years in inside sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience administering complex business to business sales processes
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Creatio as asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM processes associated with quotes and orders
  • Collaborate regularly with RSRs on opportunity requirements and provide backup support
  • Create complete, accurate customer-facing materials including quotes and order packages
  • Complete internal documentation and materials needed for communication of order requirements to production and purchasing
  • Release orders
  • Communicate regularly with customers ensuring that they are kept abreast of order status, potential delays, and expectations for delivery
  • Produce new dealer partner and supplier agreements as required
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and encourage collaboration
  • Learn the products we sell and how they are positioned in the market, actively participating in training and knowledge development
  • Drive process improvement within the CSR function
  • Apply your knowledge, maturity and common sense for what is non-negotiable while also knowing where you have autonomy to adjust
