About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, helping maintain store appearance and providing fast, friendly service. The role involves assisting customers throughout the store and working with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing positively to the team.
Work with others to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, including some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer service.
Run the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in multiple areas around the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
