About The Position

notifyMD is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents in Georgia. The role involves managing inbound calls for various companies, requiring adaptability to different protocols, data entry requirements, and scripting. Candidates must maintain an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor, possess excellent grammar, and speak clear, articulate English. The position demands focus, speed, and precision in a "call after call" environment, with accountability for meeting KPIs such as schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time remote resident in Georgia.
  • Must provide your own equipment meeting specifications during the new hire period (Windows 11 or higher, no Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, or tablets).
  • Must have a wired (Ethernet) internet connection (Wi-Fi prohibited).
  • Must have a professional grade wired headset with microphone.
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 required.
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
