Requirements

  • Solid background in vet med is required.
  • Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
  • Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Team members work 3 days a week for ultimate work to life balance.
  • Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
  • Candidate who excels in this role and has the ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.

Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
  • Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
  • Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
