We are currently searching for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a growing team and provide a positive experience for customers throughout their interactions with the organization. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping others. In this role, you’ll communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels to answer questions, provide information, resolve concerns, and coordinate next steps. You’ll also work with internal teams, update customer information, and help ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual skills are not required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, and other communication channels
Answer questions and provide accurate information about services, processes, accounts, or next steps
Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions
Research questions or concerns and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is needed
Follow up with customers to ensure requests and outstanding items are resolved
Enter and update customer information accurately within company systems
Process requests, forms, documentation, and other customer information
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Help resolve customer concerns while creating a positive and professional experience
Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers when applicable
Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to keep requests moving forward
Learn company systems, services, and processes through ongoing training
