About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work on-site in Barranquilla
