Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software (CRM experience is a bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls for a customer base of over 12,000.
  • Providing prompt and courteous responses to phone and email inquiries.
  • Reviewing daily alarm activity reports.
  • Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting.
  • Following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
