Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom consultations
Build strong, long-term client relationships through professional communication and follow-up
Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
Assist clients through enrollment and support processes
Participate in virtual workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs
Manage responsibilities independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team environment
