Responsibilities
- Engage Virtually with Clients: Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations to understand their needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
- Develop Industry Knowledge: Learn financial and insurance strategies that help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish trust through ongoing communication, excellent service, and consistent client support.
- Continue Learning & Growing: Participate in virtual training sessions and mentorship programs designed to help you stay competitive and grow professionally.
- Collaborate Remotely: Work alongside a motivated, growth-focused remote team where collaboration, mentorship, and support drive success.
- Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
- Present and explain insurance products and benefit options
- Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment processes
- Participate in optional training and professional development sessions
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and strong client relationships
