About The Position
At Heritage Pet Hospital, exceptional veterinary care begins with exceptional people. Our Customer Service Representatives are more than just receptionists; they are relationship builders, problem solvers, client advocates, educators, cheerleaders, and the heart of our hospital. We are a busy, growing veterinary hospital with seven veterinarians, an incredible support team, and a beautiful new facility opening in 2026. Every day brings something different, and every team member plays an important role in creating an outstanding experience for pets and the people who love them.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or veterinary medicine is great—but personality matters just as much.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and pets with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering phones and helping pet owners find solutions
- Scheduling appointments and helping manage hospital flow
- Educating clients about preventive care and hospital services
- Supporting our veterinary team so they can provide exceptional patient care
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Turning stressful situations into positive experiences
- Creating "WOW" moments that clients remember and tell their friends about
- Keeping things moving, organized, and efficient during busy days
