About The Position

As an STC Advocate, you’ll be the face of Carvana! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you’ll often be the first in-person interaction a customer has with the company. Your role is key in delivering a one-of-a-kind experience. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. At the 3‑month mark, you will be eligible to convert to a direct Carvana employee. At that point, you will transition into the Truck Hauler role. As mentioned, these are not semi‑trucks—they are smaller trucks designed to transport 1–2 vehicles. Once you convert to direct employment, you will also be able to enroll in Carvana’s benefits package.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a company vehicle
• Proficiency in using an iPad for paperwork and documentation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a schedule of customer appointments

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection processes

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–8 customer appointments daily
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases
• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad
• Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
• Support your team with additional tasks as needed
