About The Position

PNW Domino’s is seeking team-oriented Customer Service Representatives with personality, people skills, and hustle. Representatives greet customers, answer phones, take orders, prepare pizza, and provide excellent customer service. The position pays $17.80 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be friendly, helpful, comfortable speaking with strangers, and able to work as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude, be punctual, and understand the importance of dependability.
• Be comfortable making suggestions and pitching in when needed.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Answer phones, take orders, and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
