About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves helping customers and maintaining store standards while working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside. The position offers task variety, training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers.
Ability to provide excellent customer care.
Good communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
