About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen, you will provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while helping store leadership maintain store-side operations. You will help ensure an exceptional experience for every customer while upholding Parker’s Kitchen’s standards. The role includes customer service, cash and fuel transactions, sales of age-regulated products, inventory replenishment, housekeeping, and assisting store leadership. You will also help foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and assisting with the development of others.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours.
Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working around wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values.
Handle cash and fuel transactions and perform other retail shift duties as assigned.
Sell alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, and other age-regulated products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across store activities.
Multitask with attention to detail.
Stock and replenish inventory throughout the store, including food and beverage areas.
Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
Assist the store leader with additional tasks as needed.
Share expertise and assist in developing others to foster a collaborative learning environment.
