About The Position

As a Kitchen Associate at Parker’s Kitchen, you will support kitchen operations by providing customer service, preparing food and beverages, and performing general kitchen housekeeping duties. You will work with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service, maintain food safety and sanitation, stock supplies, and help keep the kitchen environment safe and compliant.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.

• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages according to recipes or customer specifications.
• Stock food and beverage areas with products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Clean food and beverage service areas to keep them free of residue, debris, and spills.
• Follow the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
