About The Position

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for building relationships with our customers and assuring their business needs are met. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Commit to the company culture of quality, safety, and live by the company core values Empowerment, Development, Execution, Teamwork, Innovation, and Leadership. Have positive interactions and communication with all customers and suppliers. Manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects simultaneously and respond quickly to all customer requests. Take responsibility for the profitability of each of your individual customer order transactions (working in conjunction with Field Sales when necessary). Develop and ensure sense of urgency and culture of quality, safety, and adherence to company core values. Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude. Work to meet required customer ship dates. Work customer open customer order reports weekly via your SXe OEIO screen and your open supplier PO report as provided. Take responsibility for the completion of your orders through the invoicing stage in OEIO. Process orders and quotations accurately and timely. Provide quotation copies to field sales reps on a timely basis. Work closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting) Keep customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing current. Work to increase GM% with non-contract customers. Actively participate in the outbound call campaign as required.

  • Experience 3+ years in an Inside Sales Role
