The ISS Facilitator is responsible for supervising students in all areas of the campus and building, particularly within the In-School Suspension (ISS) program. This role focuses on managing student behavior to ensure a safe and optimal learning environment, monitoring students in various educational settings, and maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning. The facilitator will establish procedures for student movement, communicate subject matter appropriately, and utilize current educational resources. They will also assist teachers with student assignments, lesson plan preparation and implementation, and collecting materials. Additionally, the role involves operating technology equipment, assisting with student progress evaluation, and pursuing professional growth. The ISS Facilitator will provide other administrative-assigned assistance to students and perform other duties as assigned.
