Requirements

2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment.
Experience in industries such as: Garage Doors, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Roofing, Pest Control, Restoration, Locksmith, Landscaping, Construction Service, Property Maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong phone and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

Home Service Experience Preferred
Experience dispatching field technicians
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the communication hub between customers and field technicians.
Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
Dispatch technicians while balancing priority and efficiency.
Communicate appointment updates and arrival times.
Follow up with customers regarding completed work and service questions.
Assist customers through phone, email, and text.
Create and maintain accurate customer records.
Support technicians with job information and schedule changes.
Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through job completion.
