About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position. Responsibilities

Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
Operate the POS system and accept payments
Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
Other duties as assigned
