About The Position
Join our Jamesburg team helping local families get their appliances fixed. We are looking for a steady, friendly office job with weekends off. No experience is needed as we provide paid training.
Requirements
- Friendly phone voice and good communication skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Reliable, organized and on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous call center, customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with empathy
- Schedule in-home repair appointments with our trained technicians
- Respond to customer emails and texts
- Confirm appointments and keep customers updated
- Order and receive parts
- Enter information into our scheduling software
