About The Position

We are hiring for an Entry-Level Customer Service & Fundraising Associate to support nonprofit fundraising events, pop-up campaigns, and community outreach initiatives in the local area. This role involves working at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations, engaging directly with the public to promote nonprofit causes and drive donations. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at events, pop-ups, and community outreach campaigns

  • Encourage and secure voluntary donations during events
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coordination
