About The Position

Trio Supply Company, a federation partner with the Office Depot Corporation, is seeking a full-time customer service representative and receptionist for our Fridley, MN office. This is an on-site position and the employee will be in the office every day. Trio Supply is the Twin Cities leader of food service and catering disposable products. Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to interact with all levels of employees and managers.
Excellent attendance record
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
Ability to sit for long periods of time (80%)
Friendly and customer oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Answering and routing incoming phone calls
Greeting walk in guests, customers and vendors
Taking customer calls
Placing orders into the system
Assisting Spanish speaking customers by speaking their language
Filing
Obtaining mail from the mailbox each day and distributing mail to appropriate employees
Keeping the lunch room stocked and orderly
Other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned
