As the voice of One Clear Choice, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping guide them through scheduling, service questions, and product inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Friendly, patient, and positive—especially under pressure
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
Comfort with technology and CRM tools
Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Deliver empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat
Handle a high volume of inbound calls while staying upbeat and organized
Accurately schedule appointments and coordinate with our field technicians
Research solutions and provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems
Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer
Work closely with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
