Responsibilities

• Process orders timely with precision
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain organized customer documentation
• Recommend schedule improvements
• Collaborate across departments
• Uphold company policies
• Engage in sales support activities
• Process billing and purchase orders
• Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams
• Analyze warehouse stock levels and monthly usage
• Process and track customer orders and complaints
• Coordinate inventory levels with plant schedules
• Train and assist sales staff as needed
• Adhere to and optimize daily production schedules
