The Opportunity As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll guide homeowners through every step of their journey from the moment they sign on with Jetson to the day their system is installed. You’ll be their trusted point of contact — ensuring paperwork, approvals, and installations are seamless and stress-free. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently, proactively manage customer expectations and deliverables, making sure every homeowner feels supported and excited about their electrification journey.
