The primary responsibility for a Customer Service Representative is to provide the highest level of service and support to Alpine Intel and HMI customers. The Customer Service Representative is the voice of our company and fields a high number of inbound calls from insurance adjusters, policy holders, and field technicians. With these calls, our representatives problem solve and handle a variety of situations. Representatives enter assignment information, gather additional details, and confirm that information with the correct parties. Representatives have a firm understanding of the company's service offerings and guide customers to the correct service based on their needs.
