Customer Service On-Site Representative

Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.
- Ability to work under stress while remaining professional at all times, be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision and good communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of KNX's assets while working in an assigned customers environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and sold relationships to enhance growth.
- Must have knowledge of ISO customer service processes regardless of whether performing the functions on a daily basis or not.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.
- Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.
- Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.
- Communicates daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.
- Generates appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etc. to assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.
- Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer.
