About The Position

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset to effectively assist customers across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Excel - Advanced skills required - V-Look-Up, Concatenate, Pivot Tables
  • Able to pivot quickly to address immediate needs and then able to pivot back to original tasks
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening
  • Service-oriented approach with the ability to resolve customer grievances
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Data entry accuracy is incredibly important
  • Excellent time management and efficiency in task completion
  • Previous customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

  • MRP/ERP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and product information
  • Process and enter customer orders for new or additional products and services
  • Address customer questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist or department
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer problems and inquiries
  • Maintain customer accounts and interaction records, documenting inquiries, complaints, and comments
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
