Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Drive)
  • Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
  • Create a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every caller
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat
  • Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are clear
  • Navigate multiple systems to input and manage customer information
  • Turn frustrated or uncertain customers into confident, loyal ones
  • Work closely with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day)
  • Maintain fast response times (speed to lead under 15 minutes)
  • Ensure no missed leads or follow-ups
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions
