About The Position
The client is located in the Beverly, MA area and has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role is for a client in the manufacturing industry. The position will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for the client. This role must be worked on-site.
Requirements
- High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal)
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of military standards is a plus - ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients
- Manage inquiries, orders and support requests
- Handle RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Monitor order status and communicate updates
