About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and a positive attitude. Team members work together to provide customer service and help prepare, bake, or serve pizzas. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers opportunities to grow into management or other positions within the company. Scheduling is described as accommodating, with opportunities for people seeking a main job or supplemental work.

The work involves a range of physical tasks and exposure to typical in-store conditions, including varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Team members may handle deliveries, stock shelves, assemble pizzas and boxes, answer phones, clean, and perform other store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and communicate with customers, including answering phones.
• Help make, bake, or serve pizzas.
• Perform repetitive in-store tasks while meeting quality standards.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Clean work areas and perform other outside tasks such as removing trash.
• Use pizza-making tools and equipment, including a pizza peel and cutter.
• Perform occasional maintenance-related tasks, such as changing prices on signs or washing walls.
