About The Position
One Two Tree, a Turf Masters Brands Company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate. While these are not sales positions, making customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be lucrative. The Customer Care Center operates in a positive, team environment. This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience
- A desire to be helpful
- A clear and articulate phone voice
- Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
- A sense of humor
- Experience with suggestive selling
