This role applies advanced Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering expertise to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects that improve operational performance, manufacturing efficiency, and business outcomes. The position is responsible for reviewing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while leveraging established project management methodologies and engineering best practices. The individual analyzes, edits, and translates complex manufacturing and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and effective project governance. They utilize engineering tools, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement principles to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize manufacturing processes across the supply chain. The role regularly communicates project status, milestones, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Additionally, the position serves as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering technical development and strengthening project execution capabilities.
