Connect with clients through phone and Zoom consultations while delivering exceptional service and support.
Leverage modern virtual communication and productivity tools to stay organized and effective in a remote environment.
Assist clients by explaining available benefits and guiding them through coverage options and enrollment processes.
Work alongside a supportive, growth-focused team while participating in ongoing training and development sessions.
