About The Position

This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll work directly with clients who have requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the process. Our approach focuses on education and transparency, building trust and relationships, helping people make informed decisions, and delivering service without high-pressure sales tactics. Clients request information, so there is no cold calling. Full training is provided, and there is a clear advancement path into leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Open to coaching, mentorship, and professional growth

  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
  • Schedule and conduct benefit overview meetings
  • Educate clients on available products and coverage options
