Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Provide outstanding customer service and client support.
- Explain available benefit options and answer client questions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Schedule appointments and complete follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
