As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide a calm, friendly, and professional experience during what can often be a stressful situation.

Requirements

  • Enjoys helping people and providing outstanding customer service
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you have great people skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Dispatching and assisting technicians throughout the day
  • Typing, filing, sorting, printing, and mailing documents
  • Maintaining accurate customer information
  • Supporting the Office Manager and assisting with daily office operations
