About The Position

For more than 50 years, Roto-Rooter has been Oklahoma's trusted, family-owned plumbing company. Our CSRs are the heartbeat of our office, and many have stayed with us for years because they know they're valued, supported, and part of something that matters. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first voice our customers hear, offering calm, clarity, and confidence when they need it most. You will be responsible for scheduling service calls, assisting technicians, and performing administrative tasks such as typing, sorting, printing, and mailing to ensure the entire operation runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Office Manager, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
