Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help with answering inquiries regarding policy information, status and billing. This position develops and maintains relationships with the agency force, customers and all company departments and works to resolve questions and inquires in a positive, professional, and timely manner. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. You can expect a competitive wage of $2,833 per month.
