About The Position

This role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving order issues, and coordinating with various departments and the supply chain. The representative will communicate with customers via email and phone, handle documentation, analyze reports, and participate in special projects. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year working with the public (previous customer service or food service experience)
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Distribution
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Windows, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Computer entry experience valuable, but not required
  • Detail and Process Oriented

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer account administration, including communication via email and phone.
  • Process standard business orders and handle special customer-specific documentation.
  • Analyze and resolve issues with orders, coordinating with other departments.
  • Follow and create Return Material Authorization (RMA) guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Plant and Distribution Center regarding product shortages and delivery.
  • Communicate with the Sales team on revised orders.
  • Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
  • Participate in Peak Performance teams and train new hires as requested.
