About The Position

Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses. Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed. Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills. Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes, procedures while meeting, exceeding service performance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within established time constraints
